Laser engraving:
The highest precision reaches 0.01mm, and advanced laser technology can create creative engravings and patterns on paper, which can be combined with other processing to achieve printing effects.
gilding:
After heating the metal plate, the post-processing technique of imprinting the pattern on paper through tin foil is widely loved and used by the public due to its eye-catching visual performance.
relief printing:
A traditional printing technique that involves printing ink onto paper using metal movable type or metal engraved plates. The pressure applied to the paper can be adjusted according to the requirements to create a deep three-dimensional effect.
Ink free embossing (embossing):
A processing technique that uses metal plates but without heating, tin foil, or ink to directly press onto paper, suitable for presenting the original texture of the paper or expressing it in a minimalist style.
UV printing:
Printing with special ink that dries when exposed to UV light is suitable for hard to dry paper or other flat materials such as acrylic and wooden boards.
Side brushed gold:
Processing the sides of piles of books or business cards with hot stamping gold foil can complement the hot stamping on both sides, presenting a high-end texture.
Blade cutting:
Making printed or other paper products into die-cutting dies according to pre designed graphics for cutting, so that the shape of printed products is no longer limited to straight edges and right angles, especially in the design and production of packaging box shapes.
Lithographic printing:
Lithography is a fast and stable mass printing technology widely used on various paper materials and with the ability to use various inks. It is an excellent and economical choice for producing large quantities of materials.
Screen printing:
A traditional printing process that uses nylon thread to make a screen for printing. Most paper printing can only be done in single color or several colors for alignment printing. As it is a semi manual production, it is not suitable for high-precision products with overlapping colors.
