At present, there are two printing methods for the non-woven bags we produce, silk screen printing and color laminating. Screen printing is a common printing method we currently use. Simply put, the content to be printed is made into a screen plate and printed onto the selected fabric, usually using monochrome printing.

Another printing method is color lamination, which is more common. It is to color print the content that the customer wants to print onto the film, and then heat compress it with white non-woven fabric. The re formed bag is a colored laminated non-woven bag. The commonly used color coated non-woven bags are mostly made of 70 grams or 80 grams of material. The thickness of the white non-woven fabric coating is about 100 grams or 110 grams.
